Your digital camera memory
card could be referred to as digital film. It is similar to traditional
camera film in that it can be removed There are differences between
the two formats but the result is the same.
The memory card is used
only for storage of the digital camera images. It has no effect
on the quality of the image.
There are different types
and sizes of memory cards available and they are not interchangeable.

When needing your digital
camera for extended events or vacations, be sure to carry extra
memory cards so when one is full you swap it out and keep shooting
photos!
