Ideas:
Landscape
Think of landscape
photography as a way to capture beauty eternally. Sure, landscape
is so beautiful one might simply take a shot of a scene and be happy
with it.
But for a unique
photography idea is to begin by making yourself acutely aware of
your surroundings. Everyone notices the obvious and takes photographs
of the obvious. But you want to be unique, right?
Begin by defining
personally what you consider to be the most beautiful type of landscape.
| Do
you love to see the fog settled over mountain tops with
the mountains peering through? If so, do you prefer the
look of Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer? What is your
personal favorite? |

| Or
do you prefer beach scenes with people, sunsets or simply
the ocean waves or sea life washed ashore? Whatever is
your personal favorite is the best subject for you to
photograph. |

life washed ashore? Whatever is your personal favorite is the best
subject for you to photograph.
A great photography
idea may simply be a part of a vast scene. Just one tree and its
artistically sprawling branches looking up toward the sky could
be all you need. Or one single crab up close and personal as it
crawls toward its delectable meal. Capture it in action pinching
its prey for instance.
Be creative
with the light source for your photography. Catch the sunlight gleaming
through a mountain crevice or throught leaves of a tree. Take advantage
of the variations of light during morning or afternoon. (High noon
isn't usually a good idea, but almost any other time can work in
your favor.)
Take as many
shots of your landscape photography idea as possible so
you have plenty of choices later when you have time to literally
choose the best of the best to print. Now that we are in the digital
age you can tweak easily on your computer to your heart's delight.
